Our client is a pioneering personal finance & investing fintech aimed at the mass consumer market, with nearly 10 million customers internationally and ready for a full US launch this year. The company is several years into its journey, well financed, seeing exponential growth across the EMEA and APAC, and now is the time to replicate their international success in the Americas!

With a small US operation already in place they're now looking for a Head of Marketing to join the US leadership team for go-to-market, driving US wide mass market adoption for their finance app. With a significant 2022 marketing budget in the tens of $millions to get you started you'll have opportunity to:
- Build your own marketing department.
- Further develop the company brand as needed for the US market.
- Devise, implement and execute marketing strategies for all US states.
- Through your marketing team and external agencies lead scale-able campaigns to drive acquisition of consumers to their app across all manner of online and offline channels from digital to influencer marketing and TV adverts etc. There is no limit to what you can do and the deep resources you'll have.

Given the scale of this opportunity for US wide mass consumer adoption, our client is looking for a first class marketing leader who:
- Has a demonstrable track record of B2C / D2C marketing experience, who can execute on a clear strategy to get a brand in the minds of everyday americans in order drive mass consumer adoption for their finance app.
- Has experience with a digital / technology / commerce app edge proposition, but vertical doesn’t matter, could be in either retail, travel, e-commerce, banking or personal finance etc, it really doesn’t matter.
- Is a marketing strategist who is able to ‘flex’ marketing strategies for different US states.
- Understands how to build a powerful brand.
- Is a proven marketing team manager, able to bring the best out of people.
